Q: Are your items original?

A: My items are copies, but they are almost true to the real ones and come with original tags and bags, they are the best copies you can find in China.

Q: Do you have a min order?

A: My min order is 5pcs, but if you only order underwear, jewelry, sunglass, etc, then need at least 10pcs, of course, you can mix & match different items.

Q: Are all your items in stock?

A: We will check the stock when make the offer, but it can be only valid in 3-5 days because of sales, so if you want to buy, please pay for it in time.

Q: How long can I receive the items, how can I track my order after shipping?

A: Customer can receive the items in about 12 working days after we receive your payment, I will give you Tracking Number to track your order.

Q: Why the price you offered is higher than website?

A: Please notice the price on my website not includes the shipping cost, I have added it when I make the offer.

Q: Is there any problem for custom?

A: Generally, we can avoid custom issue, such as, divide your items into small packages and send to different people in different days, of course, you can select to pay 15% of the total value as insurance, then if the items are held by custom or they are missed because of forwarder, Hostyles will resend to you for free.
